I might add I'm more concerned about the length of the Evo III lines for the fronts, I'll take a look at them over the weekend. I thought being "EVO 3" would be the same length as a "GSR" since I was chucking on the Evo 1/2/3 twin pots (banjo fitting), however there must be something different...

Ah you guys :P I just bought and got installed HEL brake lines... hope they're not like the HEL clutch lines. I'll keep an eye on it anyway. Just FYI I think the front lines (EVO1-3 KIT) are longer in length than a standard GSR by 7cm or so. Not sure if its better to get a GSR Kit instead...

I'd go the 14B tbh, I wouldn't want 4-5k rpms before it was spooling. Unless things have changed 10 years ago (reading here, gsr-evo club and diamond evolution if anyone remembers), people were recommending the 14b on the 1.8's, actually rarely would I go over 5k rpms anyway.

Hrm thats alright for me if its shorter. I changed my gaiter (red stitching) which is shorter by 10-15mm, might look into it later on. Strange that its shorter though, considering some people say they're the same length.

Cool :) FYI, rubber seal for the bolt (L) does come with the rebuild kit, other bolt doesn't have a seal. MB618228 - Bolt L MB618227 - Bolt G GSR calipers and Evo 1/2/3 use the same bolts, again FYI for others.

I get my car done at Techdrive Automotive (Dave) in Greensborough, never had an issue. I use a Exedy HD Sports Tuff Clutch, not as much power in the GSR though :(

Anyone know the part numbers for; 1. Caliper rebuild kit for Evo 3 Twin Pots 2. Caliper bolts that hold the two pieces of the calipers together, labeled G and L Those friggen bolts are really really tight and one of them, I think the G one is a bit worn on the head from previous owner. Cheers...
