    Are you getting a lot of crankcase pressure and is your PCV working at all? Also, hows the MAF and airfilter? But yeah, photos are definitely a must here...

    I've had my gtpumps e3 big 16g for a few years now with no problems whatsoever :rolleyes: maybe it's a massive boost leak (i.e. intercooler piping come off)... What was the car actually doing? jolting on boost, no power or what? good luck with it :) Mike

    yeah i had the same thing happen to me recently from trying to undo overtightened wheel nuts thanks to the local tyre shop, ended up having to remove the hub and just bash the studs out...

    yeah i'd definitely like to go the full ecmlink path in the future but i don't know whether i should go evo or gm maf initially because i have access to both relatively cheaply...and i may just end up going full ecmlink right now if i can afford it. also gotta go walbro, 560 injectors

    short term: while i'm still a mech eng uni bum and have no money (only for 1.5 years more :thumbsup:), i'm going for the usual ~200wkw mark:P...about 60wkw more than i've got... long term: i want to do a bit of track work/hill climb stuff so i want a little bit more power at a reliable rate...

    yeah thats what i was worried about <_< whereas i'm pretty sure the maf translator compensates pretty well most of the time depending on which model you get...

    yeah thats what i've seen on some of their forums jay but i couldn't really find much about it in oz...maybe not looking in the right places :P it seems like something a bit different to what everyone else is doing over here... any ideas on the pros and cons of using that method?
