1. I usually change my oil every 5000kms, Its still clean at that time. 2. Oil doesn't smell like fuel (had fresh rebuild approx 15000kms ago. 3. Not sure, never really measured.

This has been answered millions of times. If you do a search i'm sure you'll find it. But off memory they do fit, but with slight gaps in the sides. I'm sure someone who's done it will confirm.

The part that joins the two piece tail shaft together? As in the Centre CV. For a rebuild kit, its about $350 or $400 dollars of memory. I've already rebuilt one of mine because of the clunky noise, and it got to the point of making a metalic scraping noise on Deceleration.
