It depends on how old the engine is and its condition.
IMHO if you are doing the timing belt then you may as well do the head gasket and head studs at the same time.
But other items:
- new tensioner
- pulleys (come with most timing belt kits)
- balance shaft belt
- water pump
- auxiliary...

You have to leave the hard line from the fuel tank open / vented. If you cap it off you end up with vacuum inside your fuel tank which could effect your fuel pump and pressure (that is assuming that your fuel cap is air tight).
You will need to roll/lip your rear guards.
I have the same size / offset and am fine on the trailing arm.
Also get some front scrub on full lock only when in reverse.
