The GT30R is more laggy... 1.5 Bar is reached at about 19lb/min whereas the T3/T40E hits it at about 17lbs, not much at 1.5 bar but the GT30R's map dips away to the right where the T3/T40E has a linear surge...

    If your going to upgrade I wouldnt throw cash at your TDo4L, look at the second hand market TD05's on here... The best I got out of my TDo4L was a 13.75... but heard of a bloke in NZ breaking the 13.5 with it... But is up to you :)

    For your miss... Gap your plugs down as previously stated & Change your spark plug leads to (not topgun), i went through 3 sets and one set only lasted 3 weeks, number one lead kept breaking down, changed brands and all sweet! Agree your fuel pump (standard 1.8lt gsr one) wont be up to the task...

    Keep your standard cams and change your turbo if u want some more top end that way you won't sacrifice as much low end off boost response

    What to change next

    How much boost are you running? Can you run more boost? Can you rev the engine higher? Is your intercooler efficient enough? Is it a daily driver? If not, change to E85. Changing the turbo and running the "same" boost and max rpm will increase your power output by.... bugger all.

    Do you mean the TDO4L? and 13.49 with stock exhaust in a 1190kg gsr? That is very impressive. Best I got out of the tdo4l was 13.75 with; K&N Airfilter, Split dump, 3" Exhaust, upgraded intercooler, cushioned ceramic clutch, tuned and bugger all fuel in the tank and driver 80kg..
