yes they come wit bulbs but no wiring or switch. this was how i got them sent over from nz.

all limits removed, raised rev limit, rs fuel maps.. this cames out of a evo2 which run a 12.1 wit only this chip, 18psi, exhaust,intake,fuel pump, 8.8mm leads. everything else was stock thanks
