u need A new flywheel. They have to be pretty good nick to work I have been through this before. Also make sure your gearbox locating lugs are still there and in good nick if they are not there this will also cause this. They often break after hitting big bumps or hard launches. Its a vr4...

with some 272's on the motor a tdo5 20g running 22psi should be right on the mark, full boost at approx 4000rpm. i would look at a ball bearing equiv for an earlier spool up time.

you might have gone 96 onwards. pre 96 all linkages and sensors are perfect. identical part numbers on all sensors and linkages correct way arround look for the v6 tr magna or kr verada.

i have this setup on my 4g93t, go one better and also use the magna throttle body gasket as it is a mls one and seals much better under high boost. you will have to port out the plenum a bit but its well worth it. point to not make sure idle screw is not stripped. because they are old cars many...

screw that, you dont wanna be slower than 3zercrowd on a stock motor. forged bottom end go a td06 20g. or a ball bearing equivelent. you would be lookin at 650cc or bigger injectors though.

just back off the bolts on the cas and rotate it keeping an eye on the timing mark with a timing gun.

i would think it is on the end of thoose wires running under the carpet, mine did a similar thing when it broke off the side of the fuse box.
