skip the 18g go the 20g. an 18 has all the lag of a 20 with not much more than a 16g.

you wont get 20 psi out of a tdo4, you would be lucky to make any serious gains with 16psi

I would prefer 8.5:1 purely because in a way your both right. however there are a few things i would like to point out. when using higher comp ratios you do make more power out of less boost but..... it is much more risky. a good upgrade is to port out the intake manifold to match up to a v6 magna throttlebody. use the 3lt 1991 to 1995 v6 one and all the elec parts match up. also use the magna throttle body bolts.
