    Evo III Loom Routing

Correct, there is an extension that plugs into the front of the junction box (drivers side footwell incorporating the fuse box). From memory when I re-did the interior wiring in my car last year there are two connectors in the junction box for it.

    Measurement please?

I have an aftermarket alloy evo I-III radiator in the cupboard ready to go in the car. Top pins are 630mm as per above, bottom is 400mm. Note I haven't actually test fitted it in the car, but i assume it's correct.

    Pumping guards

Worth a go pumping the stock guards first if you have a guard roller, can pick up replacements cheap plus would be easier to line up with the non-evo front bumper. Plus don't be afraid to run a little extra neg camber, will help greatly at getting the front to tuck. Evo guards are valuable now...

    Evo 1 dash removal ?

You have the screws for the stereo trim out as well as the clips? It should just pop out.

    Anti lock light

    Car Security Suggestions

If you want a fun weekend project you could install a CCTV setup at home. I put in a simple 4 cam setup on Saturday - one cam for each car plus one for the driveway. They are pretty cheap these days. The removal bollard would be the best idea to do.

    Oil light

Most part places should stock the switch. I assume you have tested the light / connection by grounding the sensor wire.

    Car Security Suggestions

I have setup one of those cheap GPS trackers in an old car of mine, for reference it cost about $30 for the tracker + $10 for a SIM card with credit. Was easy to install and use, however they only suit daily drivers. If I left the car parked for anything more than a week it would drain the...

Seat rail L Bracket for Recaros

radio memory not working in e39a vr4

My process for the front speakers would be: Check the fade is not all the way to the back in the headunit settings - considering that it was resetting itself every time this is unlikely to be a problem. Cut the speaker wires on the loom immediately after the radio harness connector and temp...

    CC Lancer broken into tonight...

I would be taking spark plug wires out or the igniter or fuses when you park it ATM if there is someone personally going after your car.

    CC Lancer broken into tonight...

I'm about to do this myself. I would take either the passenger or boot lock instead of the drivers door as it is likely to have less wear due to them been used much less often. Not 100% sure if this would be much of a benefit to the locksmith but that is what the internet told me once and the...

Replacing the front struts / shock absorbers

If the other shock is the original then I would replace both. Having a new shock on one side and the other being 20 years old wouldn't be ideal for handling.

    CC Lancer broken into tonight...

Would be a good time to look into hidden kill switches and a cheap GPS tracker.

rewiring engine control relay (to mitigate voltage drop in fuel pump when indicators flash)

If you are getting a voltage drop at the fuel pump with the indicators it is because the fuel pump wiring is too small to handle the load. Common problem in Mitsi, I assume the same as Proton. Need to upgrade the wiring as per here: http://www.vfaq.com/mods/pump-relay.html I have done this...

    Flare guards GSR

Considering how incredibly clean your Evo looks I would be reluctant to see those bolt on guards installed. Look tacky IMO. Leave then to the flat peak brahs with their WRX's...

    Flare guards GSR

The guy has a link to the original photo, quite a tidy NSW car as it turns out. I can't quite put my finger on why the rears look so awkward flared. The fronts come factory with a pretty decent flare and it looks right. Just saying the body line seems like a cop out, maybe how close the rear...

    Flare guards GSR

Clearly a photoshop job though. Evo I-III just doesn't suit flare guards.
