    Radiator question

You can either have a bung welded into the rad as so you can bolt the sender in (the right way), or hardwire the fan to a switch and manually turn the fan on and off (the wrong way). As someone who has their rad fan hardwired to a switch, it is a PITA. Do it the right way.

Help: RVR tyres squealing after wheel alignment

Getting an alignment without the printout is not much better than not getting an alignment at all.

    Front sway bar options.

The LCA should have 2 threaded holes for where the stock L shaped bracket will mount to in an Evo IV. From here there you use a ball joint to connect to the GSR sway bar. Go along to your local BYO wrecker and look for something that is the right size.

    Aircon stalls the car

Most cars will have a solenoid that will raise the idle when the aircon is turned on, I assume Mitisi's use the ISC as above. I would start there.

    Front sway bar options.

If you only want the standard size then can you not just use a ball joint style linkage to attached the GSR swaybar to the LCAs? This is what I did when I converted to Evo 4 LCA's.

    Unhappy tyre, rear wheel alignment

    Bleeding brembos.

This or build your own from a $12 garden sprayer from bunnings. Pressure bleeding is so much better than manual bleeding: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsuO3MG0UXM

Libero gt rear diff centre bore..

I have a GT Libero but don't have my digital calipers with me, only a tape measure so I couldn't give you an accurate reading. However it should be the same as the front on any similar era Lancer. I.E. if I swap the front wheels to back they are still hubcentric.

    Vent about ham fisted mechanics

I know that feel. The gearbox on my daily driver N13 Pulsar use plugs not bolts. The fill plug comes out okay but the drain plug was tighten by the hulk at some stage then rounded by next mechanic. Guess I won't ever be changing the gearbox oil in it.
