Has anyone got a spare auto tensioner for the cam belt of a evo 1?

Thanks guys. I forgot about that site Jon. I know what i am doing its just been ages since I have changed one. Trying to get this bitch sorted for the Christmas cruise.

Anyone got a dummies guide for changing a cam belt? I have the bottom cover and can see everything down there. How the fark do I take the tension off the belt?
