    I think all the manual non-turbo AWD cars and wagons like your Chariot got a 2.85 final drive.The manual turbo AWD cars got 3.5 or 3.9 final drive. Your RVR got 3.9. If you fit bigger wheels you will increase your speed. However, your speedo will then read slow, so check your speed with gps.

    Those things are called Legnums. They come with 4G64. Also there is AWD TT V6 ones. Fitting a 4G63 is no prob. but fitting 4G63T to a fwd model is a complete abortion.

    gearbox ratios

    As long as it is 3.9 (which all EVO's I-III are.). There is a slight difference in the front final drive between CD9A and CE9A. No early Mitsubishi AWD model (GSR, EVO, Eclipse, VR4 etc) will be matched 100% to the rear ratio.

    All W5M33 tranfer cases are the same ex. VR4 22 spline. I have never noticed any difference in the syncros between E2&3. All EVO rears are 3.9 E1 has the same crap 3-4 syncro assembly as a GSR. VR4 is the strongest gearset.
