    gearbox rebuild (Nimbus)

Yeah, I thought so. It's just that those early boxes are such a bad design. I guess you are stuck with it. I used to be able to build em pretty strong, but I haven't touched one in ten years. Sorry mate that I can't be of much help to you, maybe the boys on the Cordia forums can give you some...

    Rebuilding a GSR Gearbox

The release bearing is an external part and is part of a new clutch kit if you are fitting one. You can buy it seperatly. We also have many gearbox internal parts in stock if your workshop needs them. What damage did you do to your box?

    gearbox rebuild (Nimbus)

It has been such a long time since I have looked at a UC Nimbus. I think it has a similar box to a TM Magna. I this is correct, then you really do need to change the box for something more modern. But I think the chassis rails are to close together to fit a VR4 or EVO box. I am not in the...

    Rebuilding a GSR Gearbox

Yes replace the fork and ball. The ones on the website suit GSR, EVO, VR4 and also FWD gearboxes. Also make sure that you use the correct release bearing and apply some high temp no melt grease to the nessecary surfaces of these components.

    Rear diff alternatives??

Sounds strange that you should get a howling noise sometimes around corners. You can get aftermarket LSD centres to eliminate the AYC. You will need to do something with the driveshafts to make it work. Your best option would be to find a EVO IV diff at a better price, try New Zealand or Japan.

    Rebuilding a GSR Gearbox

Yes a dragging clutch will destroy your syncros. Clucth should start engaging around halfway up from the floor. Yes except for the bottom paragraph.

    Gear popping out

This sounds like the usual countershaft bearing failure. Because the countershaft is alowed to float around (due to failed bearings) it will pull itself out of gear. Or the other scenario is that you have been frequently crunching 2nd that hard, that the syncro engagement teeth have been worn...
