You can use the EVO gears in the VR4 diff housing. The LSD centre from the EVO will not have the drive gear for the rear steer.

The GSR gearbox is prone to syncro problems, second and third gear mainly and tooth breakage on third gear. If you don't have broken teeth, then you just have to make sure that your syncros are in good shape. Check the points on the engagement teeth on the gears and sliders. Check the clearance...

I would include balance shafts and factory head gasket as part of a stock bottom end. Everything must remain as it was unopened (aside from a freshen up... rings, pistons rods and bearings must be genuine Mitsubishi and nothing oversized or strengthened) Compression must remain to original spec.

All the info is correct (though the Cordia stuff is not relevant to the KM210) I am running a 225mm VR4 clutch plate with my KM210 (I am not using the VR4 pressure plate because my flywheel is flat...sort of)

Make some bigger, stronger driveshafts. Can you make a boost controller like this for under $100 ? How about a flywheel like this for less than $500 ? HKS copy camshafts would sell well for around $300 ea Titanium lug nuts?
