I've effed up and bought an auto RVR to transplant engine and gearbox into my UF nimbus. Problem is The RVR is AWD. What are my options?

I've just bought an RVR engine that has about 200,000km on it to use for my project. Any advice on what if anything I should replace on the engine before putting it in? I'm going for reliability over performance really. What should I check for while the engine is out and easier to work on?
