I will soon be trying to push it out, but still may be to bad to get away with.

Does anyone on here do welding of body panel? This is to replace the dented panel on the rear quarter with a new one, and as such needs to be welded on. If know one on here does this, do you guys have any recommendations of good plus cheap welders/panel beaters?

Finally managed to get the one stripped down after a lot of head scratching. Pretty clever design once you have the thing all in pieces. Now just the other side to go.

Next question seeing the piston is now free, how do you disassemble the handbrake lever? I know I'm going to have to acquire some long circlip pliers to pull the inside of the piston bore out.

Would that explain the weird shape on the piston then!

Whilst attempting to replace the seals on the rear brake calipers, a snag has arisen. How is it that you get the piston out? Do you have to twist (Using the shape ontop of the piston face) the it? Would it have something to do with the handbrake actuator?

No smell at all. But I have been informed that this is an oil/water emulsion

I cleaned out my catch tank for the first time in a year and discovered this sludge at the bottom. The oil coming out was black as expected, then towards the bottom it was a thick white sludge. Anyone out there got a clue what this is from?
