The HSG RVR's have a CAS on the back of the head, which AFAIK is different to all the other 4G63s. What I am trying to work out is what way it goes into the back of the cam? One cut out is smaller than the other so I am pretty sure they would have to go in a certain way. Also, I called it a...

Hey mate, I have an issue with my ignition switch where I have to rapidly turn the key to get it to start, that would be my best bet or the starter/solenoid.

Ok same result with the coils swap over, only the coil that does 2/3 works. So guess I need a new coil then.

Definitely no spark on the 4/1 coil, I tried different plugs and leads.

Rebuilt the head, MLS HG, new CAS, timing kit.

Hey Mio, I just put a new CAS and yeah the AFM is plugged in, I am going to check I have spark on all cylinders now.

I should also add that by running rough I mean 1 or 2 cylinders. It looks like cylinder #3 is firing as it was the only dry plug I pulled out.
