Selling the gearbox and transfer from my car as I went ppg. Box has around 105 thou kms on it and had 210kw behind it. Unsure if transfer case is original. Box ran fine only prob was it would pop out of reverse. $1500 for both wont seperate pm me in here

What ratio is the transfer case evo 1,2 or evo 3 ?

What turbo you running? I once had the same symptoms on another car pulled the head off even replaced it. What it turned out to be doing was leaking oil into the coolant gallery on the turbo. It cost so much time and money for such a simple fix. This might not be your problem but its another...
