cordias can be quick guys...
on a rolling start my old cordia 1.8 would have eaten my vr4...
on the 1/4 or off the line tho it would have had no hope of making up the difference in time.
only 3 things that i had trouble with were the front cover gasket, rear main and water pump... the rest was pretty standard...
front cover gasket - MD 187905
Rear main oil seal - MD 359158
Water pump (Bursons part number) - WP3094 (same as a 2.4 magna from memory)
I am glad you posted that video clip...
I always thought u were daft, now there is no question.
Good luck with the car Roger, if you have any more troubles with ur number 6 pithton, I suggest removing it....
All this and more :P
I just rebuilt my e2 engine, and all the gaskets, rear main, water pump were wrong.
grr
All good, got the right stuff now, I can grab all the specific part numbers u will need for u if u want.
I have an rmx 250, but i blew 1st gear and it needs a new piston and ring change so i wont be up for a while... specially since i am paying to fix my car atm :(
mebbe in 20 years or so :(
Agreed,
I drove Toms (JET GSR) cordia with a pair of 272's and only a 16g on it, and it wanted to break free all the time.
And that was only @ 10psi.
Fun as hell tho hahaha
@ 15psi and 7000rpm, u would know if it was pinging...
I would say as most have check the ecu.. basically anything to do with timing or ignition...
If its not leaning out that is...
My vr4 used to retard its self to protect its self from knock which wasnt really there...
check it out, you...
