I took my bullbar off the ssg. Which fmic did you look at? i had a couple from previous cars, even tried to front mount the stock tmic setup, the ssg bar just seems too thin ?

Apart from the front diffs/transfer case that could be a different ratio, is there anything else different to a SSG and HSG box ? i've been offered one that i want to pick up today, and if it's right i'll grab it asap if someone could help me out please.

Looks like i've done something to mine tonight. Came onto highway first to second, slight clunk, but it kept powering so thought must've slipped. Now, won't select first, if it does go into first, it bounces right out. If i start off in 2nd it's okay, will change to third smoothly, but won't...

It's ODB1 too ( although the odb2 plug fits.), there was a sticky about how to mod a odb2 unit to work on it.

I had a timing belt snap within the first 4 days of buying the car which took out the CAS as well. So i changed belt a + b, water pump, CAS and few other pieces, but didn't know anything about the cam seals, which have already started to leak, and this thread seemed to be up with what my problem...

Sorry for the bump, I've started to get the oil on top of the water pump, 240,xxx kms now. Would it be the Cam shaft seals as well ? part # MD133317 ? Thanks Pete

Mines on the A pillar, but very very low. Lower then the bottom of the windscreen. It's lower then it looks in that photo. Also the gauge is plumbed into the FPR hose.

Fronts need slight modding, rears need the bottom cut off and the eyelet welded on. Also need some spacers made for the front camber bolts, and the holes need to be elongated.

I've gone back to recirc as the engine would drop revs ( sometimes stalling ) when coming to stop signs or with the air con on. With the recirc back on it's fine. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem.

I had the same one as 4th posted up there, i had to take it off to change my exhaust to something slightly bigger, and the crossbar bit was in the way, so turfed it in the scrap.
