Im sure there would still be oil in the exhaust if the turbo had a oil spew ! Takes more than 30mins of idle to clear it. Process of eliminations when it comes to cars and you have just dived into the deep end listening to experts :-)

Pull the box out and apart do not wreck it more it will just cost more to replace... You wont see chips or teeth of the gears come out of the oil they will be seen when you pull the box apart. Only fine pieces mix with oil. I have a good gearset you can have for cheap if it is broken and you...

I dealt with Paul himself... And customer service to me was top notch. It is one of the best flowing manifolds on the market and out flows most of them if not ALL when tested by unbiased workshops. I cant read that forum and have no wish to do so but knowing that they are a welded outer plenum...

How long have you had the motor running to let the oil burn out ? it takes a good drive/heat to get the exhaust clean after a blown turbo... Edit: I cant see the pics of the Bores.. Photobucket is failing me !!
