I believe that any gain you will get if any at all from a 3" system to a 4" system will be cancelled out by the weight gain of going bigger.

Yes, get 3" exhaust. Mine did 155Kw on purely 3" exhaust mod. That was with stock injectors, filter, ecu, td04.
