i was in a bit of a frustrated and p!ssed off fluster before , and i think i used the wrong words . basically what its doin is that you can do what ever you want to the pedal after about 2 hours from bleeding ect and the pedal makes no difference to anything . car acts as if you have not pressed...
if you give it a bit of a flick with the big toe the pedal springs straight back up . its the clutch not disengaging to allow starting and stopping that is the problem . and not matter how well you bleed its still a problem .
do you guys do the bleed trick where you bleed it as normal , once...

i have the stock GSR setup , same as in the top picture , today I was driving along happy and fine then my clutch stuck to the floor and never came up . just like that with no indication :wacko: .

i believe some people say that its due to the shock loading during hard launches and the applied torque loading . and others say its not . . .
there is merits in both sides of the argument , i try steer clear of it to tell you the truth because everyone you talk too seems to have a different...

also the cams planned for this engine are his choice of grind . because of the shortage of valve train components he had billets ground up to have everything standard but have 280 duration , its a lot less duration at 1mm tho ...
Urgh . . . that sucks man hey , especially when you expect that as part of a head service they would actually service the head properly . checking the valve guides is important . i spat a timing belt one time and bent the valves when they said hello to the pistons half way down willowback drag...
also , cant you just add another one of the washer lookin things under the valve springs to increase its rate and make it wanna snap shut more ? . wont putting the spring under more tension before the valve moves increase the snap shut of the valve because its harder and aid in high rpm ? . or...
the guy who did your last work and didnt spray the crank it with anything to stop corrosion didnt do it did he ?

i got a new clutch and flywheel from meek when i was down there last cos my new mods tore the old one to shreds . . . its the Exedy 3 puck with new presure plate and flywheel . I tried put up a pic so you can see the clutch but its too big , and i dont have those photo type programs...
Is that still the 4g63 or not ? . 2.6 sounds like a hell of a lot for a stroker kit . . . who makes that one ? .
how might one go about gettting 2.6 out of an evo 8 ? .
ok , well the only other turbo i have been thinkin about is something around the GT35/40R , i dont want a lag monster but i want that power figure at least , lol . what snail would you think will be a good comprimise ? .
