depends on offset of your wheels. you can fit 245/40/17's if you roll the guards abit (or 240/650 slicks) on evo 7 and 8 wheels respectively.

Yes you can get four pots, either from GTO's or brembo's from an evo, neither will bolt on though. Pretty sure 276mm discs are the biggest 4-stud option.

You won't get an accurate length measuring both pieces together, because the tripod joint is free to slide in the cup. Also one may have a longer inner shaft and shorter outer shaft but the same overall length. You'll need to measure both parts separately.

Just quoting this for truth. Supply it with enough fuel and the right ignition timing and it'll handle all you can throw at it. Compared to an SR the vr4 4G63 has stronger rods and much lower compression, so it should allow more ignition advance than an SR without detonating.

you can always put a stock centre diff back in if you don't like it. Best would be a Cusco tarmac centre diff (planetary diff giving a 40/60 front-rear distribution) - still utilises the stock viscous.
