looks like a 63 to me. the 93 oil filter faces the front of the car, not toward the drivers side. Pretty sure they don't have that front waterpipe either. not to mention the text book 63 looking rocker cover on this one! would be a good idea to keep an eye on it, might go cheap coz its listed...

i wouldn't be dissapointed, thats not BAD power. If your car drives well, and your happy with it then don't worry about the dyno figure. its just a rough number and yours seems like its in the ballpark!
