welcome to the forums dude... i had the same prob with my E4 was letting out alot of black smoke on idle so i changed my sparks and leads and got the injectors flushed ..and that fixed it all ... hope that helps you out abit . cheers Joe-ness edit : the vid isnt working for me ..
