Actually, this is on a 92 USDM GVR4. And in regards to 93, as far as I know the US only received a limited edition run with 2000 made in 91 and 1000 made in 92. Doing more investigated I've found that it looks like the "JDM" rear lights are on the 91s and the "USDM" lights here in question...

There were also some that I have seen on budget spec NZ new Galants (non VR4)

They are standard on all USDM Galant VR4s.
