Not quite I wanted the shorter nimbus bar but i needed to retain the built in flares/ mudflaps the HSG bar has so it is a hybrid plastic welded up, the nimbus bar was close and only needed to add 2X nutserts on either side to mount it up i removed all of the bits for the RVR bar supports and...

If you want a bit better sound out of it use MDF as it is a denser wood Good instructions and info though :) Pity i have my battery and relays for fuel pumps there ... I have to find some where else to fit a 12"....

Two big screw drivers and big bore lifters (bigger holed ones there are 3 types for 4g63) pry them out and easy done just soak them in oil for a few days before you put them in.

Bit of bog makes a lot of difference :P

After not liking all the extra weight on the rear i have taken the whole support off and the swing arm totaling around 80kgs ! I'm using a nimbus rear bar and support and grafting on the bits from my original bar to make it match up I will be looking at making a mold of this once done to make...

On a bog stock RVR 3" would be too big you still need some back pressure to keep the flow rate correct, 3" you will pop and fart on decel Look at 2-2.5" with a sports muffler(s), cat and resonator should not be overly loud and give a improvement on stock unless you are planning to do other works...

Oh and the RVR shafts are two pieces joined at the Diff end by 3 bolts...

I am running the mechanical LSD from a EVO 3 in my RVR rear with the RVR gears, EVO shafts into RVR outter cups the RVR rear shafts are a little thicker than EVO if that helps. my mate has used VR4 front shafts thy are bigger than EVO,RVR and GSR.
