That sucks man I’ve had the same thing happen before but didn’t have a knocking sound just engine cut out @ 100 km/h , pulled over and noticed the cam belt had snapped ♂ I’d say it would have bent a few valves.

my first Gsr was well looked after , 2 previous owners before me I ended up doing the usual upgrades , Td05 evo ecu afm & injectors . It went well and served as a good daily driver for a couple years
I bought this for $1400 off Facebook about 6 years ago I was a lot younger and didn’t know at the time how rare these were being a 4g61t & awd . Let’s just say it went well and looking back now wish I had of kept it .
