Got the photos and there's a blank space where the eprom is suppose to go, i suppose it's a non eprom ecu by the looks, will try to upload it later tonight.

I have been having this problem today while i'm driving, the check engine light and cat converter light comes on then engine hesitates while diving. It comes on every now and then..I can hear the relay clicking below the ecu. I'm really worrying again as this might be another problem, any ideas...

What year model magna that has the same clutch master cylinder as the vr4 ones?

Will this suit a vr4 88 j spec with single board ecu.

Just wondering if the J-spec clutch master cylinder is the same as the A-spec ones, mine is leaking on the rod where the rubber boot is. Any ideas on how to solve this.

Yes, I've done it on mine and it should have more travel on the struts than the vr4 ones. I've got a pair of monroe ones which I fitted thought it would solve the clunking noise but turned out the springs were buggered so pretty much brand new. I fitted the old one back which is the kyb for gsr...

thanks guys , found at the wreckers at mitsibits exactly the same as the one on ggalant hg. Worked out 80 bucks for the cables. not too bad.

It just happened while i was driving to work, first i noticed the gear changes are getting harder to go in gear then all of a sudden the gear stick just became loose lucky enough that i was on gear (1st) so got it home some how. Nasty.....Hopefully i find one tomorrow, I'll probably pull it out...

Does anyone know if the vr4 88 jspec gear cable is the same as the aspec or gsr galant , mine snapped this arvo on the way to work, now it's stuck on first gear but managed to drive it home. If anyone has a spare one around adelaide please let me know asap. cheers
