Thanks for all the positive comments, and yes I do agree with some of the doubts. But I will say it again that if you are aware that you have a lip fitted then I think you will manage fine. I am not 100% certain of the number of layers, though I do know the skirts I bought from him are thicker...

And let's face it... I'm not talking rice rockets here... most E1-3 and many other evos for that matter that I have seen are not sitting on the floor!
