ECM Link is an awesome piece of gear and is great for the home tuner to do the initial set up (bulk of the work) then do the final touches on a dyno.
A few things to consider though:
1/ Your ECU must be compatible with ECM Link.
2/ You need to solder on your own ECM Link chip onto your ECU...

was originally wanting to see if this would fit evo application but I believe manifold will clash.
You can get a replacement compressor wheel to suit your application from someone like Kando Dynamics and have it fitted/balanced to the CHRA. Considering this turbo was built '10 years ago' the current wheels would be as good, if not better than the ATP special.
