I was going to try and get into something like this also but lost interest in it. Though i was going to work on the 4g93t ecu rather then the one for the 4g63t's. Unfortunatly i don't have the programming knowledge and the fact is that i'm not going to really need to chip my ecu now as i'm...

Well finally have a day off and the boredom has set in so i thought about trying to make something. Found some 3mm perspex lying around the place, got out the old butane torch and bent up something. I think for 20 mins or so work and the tools that i had here it's not too bad for a prototype...

Well where he has the avcr mounted is where i'm thinking i'm going to mount my safc2. It's viewable to everyone from there but it's the only place i can see to mount it and also where it is easily accessable to fine tune.

Why are there no good 2 5/8ths boost gauges out there in psi. I think that equates to around 65mm. I'm got an autometer one, but it sort of doesn't light up enough to see it well. I've lived with it for this long though i suppose :D

Yeah the glovebox has crossed my mind but if i want to fine tune on the fly it's kind of a bit hard to lean over. I'll find somewhere eventually i suppose.

I've had one sitting next to me ready to install in my gsr for a few months now. Only reason i haven't is due to lazyness and also i can't find a place to mount it. My car is similar, as in the exact same mods and runs a bit rich too. As for tuning i was given this link by brisvr4....good...

Eh could have been who knows...i know nothing about cars and am a little drunk and posting useless information. :D I just remember being there and the thing that is in the pictures on the galantvr4.org forums was blocked off. Originally the suggestion was a coke can, but thicker ally was used...

I personally have seen the blocking of the Fiav done. Originally a coke can was the suggestion but something a little bit thicker was chosen. As far as i can remember this was a similar problem to what you have.

Have been told that Honda B16A rods fit in to a 4G93, but will require custom pistons.
