I'm interested in what the part numbers are of the bearings (KOYO) that you got, I just got given the wrong bearings from Bursons, would be much easier to get the right ones with a part number, seals part number also would be handy.

Why are you all buying ready made hoses? Just take your original hose to a brake joint and get them to make you some braided ones, Thats what I have done and no issues as you give them a sample and they make a new one the same. You can choose colour, They are ADR approved and they cost about...

Try driving one with the belt broken. Trust me you want that power steering there! and with the tyres you described even more so! If I were you I would be looking at putting in a better cooler for the system though.

I did this on mine, there is no fittings like on a 63 motor you have to use aftermarket filter relocator parts, I removed the stock water cooler and just run an EVO III oil cooler. seems to work well however I had quite a bit of trouble getting the relocation kit component to seal to the block...

Pretty sure radiator fan isnt triggered by the ecu, it has a sensor in the bottom of the radiator. I'd be happy to have a look at it for you if you havent got it sorted already.
