mines 25 degrees on full boost just before the tb. I measured it on friday when i was re-doing the tune, got up to 45 after the car had been sittting with the bonnet down for 20 mins, but it came down pretty quickly once i gave it another run. 60 seems high.. im running 18psi @ 6.5k(creeps...

ignoring the above... tUfRiCe, is the psshhhh noise somewhat muffled ? cos if u have ur airbox off, even the stock bov is audable. & as for the flutter, is ur setup highly modified, ie not making full boost at 4k cos u got a big fuck off turbo? there might not be enough pressure to open...

id reccoment u try & launch as smoothly as possible, iv launched my 3 bolt setup a good 50 times & have no visable strain on the shafts, with 180awkws... i do my best to get no harsh jolt through the car.
