Looks like i have a fun gear box session to undertake haha

The syncro cog is out on the floor fell out when i pulled off the case

Everything is solid and tge fork is under spring load etc. 1 to 5 gears go in sweet.

i think the previous guy has hit something making a leak and has overheated the hell out of everything. as this oil is think n goopy like snot. the oil on the gears is also think and sticky looks lik its been heated on.

Thanks guys. Yh i cant select reverse at the box sadly its like its blocked. 1 to 5 go in sweet so its a shame. Would it be a syncro or the actual gearing. Or is there only one way to find this out haha. Yh got it cheap so nothing is suprising on this project. Im happy to get in and sort it...
