    I don't remember having to change any pins when I put the ecu in however it is possible that I had to. Instead of removing the AFM plug I actually have a short adaptor harness that inserts 2 pins into the AFM plug for the air temp sensor. However this ecu comes with the loom from my car...

    Yeah mate, plugs straight in. All you do is remove your air flow meter and the air temp sensor plugs into 2 pins from that plug.
