Stock figures of the RVR HSGR and Evo3 don't differ that much. RVR HSGR = 250 engine hp Evo 3 = 280 engine hp The drivetrain is about the same so the losses should be nearly the same too. I don't think an stock Evo 3 makes 250 hp at the wheels.

I still don't have my gearbox back. But the gearbox guy said that there isn't any wear that would indicate why it jumps out of gear. If he comes up with a solution I will post it here.

I finally got the parts in from the states for my gearbox last week. Brought them to my gearbox guy the next day. Hopefully he also solves the mysterious kicking out of reverse gear under load.

Shame to hear that. I was wondering the same thing. If I could put a EDM spec. speedometer in my RVR HSGR. I'm also getting speedcut when I'm driving in Germany (I live 30 k's from the border) on the unlimited sections of the autobahn. Would be nice to also see how fast I'm going above 180 km/h.

How are these RVR ECU's? I've had a blown ECU twice with my Colt. Also no spark. But they are known that they tend to go bad. If the RVR ECU's tend to go bad as well I'll have to get one in spare.

Best I got untill now was 8,7km/L. That was a day on the highway not going faster than the speedlimit of 120. And easy driving. 392km's on that tank. But most of the times I don't get much over 320 on a tank. So please tell me what's wrong. Because the BP 98 Ultimate is going for €1,80/L over here.

I had the same recently. I was also afraid that it was a coolant level warning light. But luckily it went off when I filled the windscreen washer fluid.

I took a highway trip last weekend. At about 250 km I reached the last quarter of the tank. And I filled it up with 34 litres of 98 octane. Making it around 7.5k's per litre. That was mainly cruising at 120kmh. And a couple times boosting. So I guess I have some work left to do to get around...

For what I've read the auto's produce 230 hp. And the manual's produce 250 hp. I don't know which parts make the difference. But a different turbo and ECU mapping would explain it. I have a manual. When I have it back I'll check which turbo mine runs.

I can still order new RVR HSGR parts here in the Netherlands. They have a long delivery time on it. 2 months. But I can still order them new.

I thought that the RVR Hyper Sports Gear was only sold in Japan. And the ones you find everywhere else is individually imported. The RVR model is indeed sold under different name in the different continents. Space Runner in Europe Expo LRV, Colt Wagon and Eagle Summit in the USA And RVR in Japan.

I've ordered the PCM36x4 Watling towbar. It should be delivered within these couple of weeks. I'm now having a hard time finding out what the RVR is allowed to tow. I've read somewhere that the Space Runner 1.8 4x4 is allowed to tow 1400kg braked. And about 650kg unbraked. But Mitsubishi...
