Ok so moroso oil pan holds 5.9L of oil but i only put 5.0L in and this is what i found. The oil level on the 63 stick and tube is showing on the low line of the dip stick which would make sense since the pan is suppose to hold another 900ml (5.9L) When you insert the gc4s 2.4L tube and stick...

1990 hyundai sonta Gc4s 1992 galant vr4 4g63 And then i decided to pull the dip stick out of my 1997 2.4L nimbus and its the same size tube and stick as the vr4 4g63. I give up! Can anyone tell me whatthe part number the oil pick ups from the gvr4 are and ill try and cross reference...

Good call jack. Im almost sure the chrome one is the 63 but i could be wrong. I think ill just order a new tube and stick from hyundai and be done with it. It does have a cooler and lines jamo which are nearly 1m long each.

Thanks jack. As you can see in my pic the chrome one has a way shorter stick than 2.4l i pulled off a g4cs. It doesnt make sense to me that your gp 2.0l one is the same as the gc one ?????? I would have thought a 2.0l is a 2.0l as my chrome 63 one is that much shorter. Paging mo! Hows your...

Im hoping just the standard size will be ok as the car was auto and never seen boost. I know wear and tear come into play.but 8m just trying to hoard parts before a freshen up.
