If it's been rebuilt and the oil pump has been apart, it is possible that the gears in the oil pump were not aligned correctly. This would mean that the lower balance shaft would be out of phase.

The machining of parts appears quite good, but the question remains about the quality of the materials used compared to genuine MHI turbos. In my case, I fitted genuine bearings as they are quite cheap, to the Kando turbo.

I pulled apart a new Kando Dynamics turbo and inspected and measured it up. The shaft was straight and its size was within Mitsubishis specs. The housing and bearings/clearances were within specs too.

I would imagine that setup would cause higher fuel temperatures particularly at idle and cruise because of less flow of fresh fuel over the injectors.

Probably the park switch inside the wiper motor is faulty.

Interesting. I was thinking the air flow sensor signal was being affected by the airflow when coming off throttle. But if an oxygen sensor fixed it then good luck.

So why did it stop running? A blown head gasket is unlikely to stop an engine unless it has caused some other damage.
