    I have for sale a GReddy Type RS blow off valve, solid polished stainless intake pipe (pre-intake manifold) and solid inlet pipe (pre-turbo). This allows you to run a fully atmo blow off valve without blanking off lines. I'm after $150 ono for the setup.

    I don't believe anything needs to be done to register it interstate. Mechanically, I think it's spotless - just managed to get hold of the stock BOV, intake piping and return lines for it, so it's all road-legal as far as I am aware.
