Yes it's an in tank pump. I'm not sure of exact figures, but they're supposed to flow pretty well; hopefully someone else will chime in. They're a pretty standard upgrade over stock. Please PM me with any offers, I'm only guessing at prices here people!

Thanks for the offer mate, sounds like a tough motor, but a little too much money and work for what I'm after. Really just after a relatively cheap used forged 4G93 to screw some extra boost into while most of my money is poured into the stroker.

So, I've got an E6K lying around and I'm thinking about putting it on my GSR... Can anyone point me in the right direction in regards to wiring it up? Can I just splice it in using the ECU pinout diagram? I'm trying to avoid buying the Plug-in Loom if I don't have to, but would it be the better...

Just stock at the moment, I'm actually after an intercooler and piping. But it's mostly just to avoid having to make up custom piping, so if I can find an intercooler to suit easily enough, I'm interested. What kind of cooler does the piping suit? And how much do you want for it? Cheers.
