Ended up being the stock Turbo Actuator was blown and leaking. All good now, replaced with a 1.5 bar actuator complete with the metal cap featured on the VIII MR & 9 actuator asourced from GT pumps

Just a follow up on this matter, Ive sourced a new boost sensor unit from a friend in Japan and its en route. Ill post up once Ive installed it all again and if the problems resolved

Thanks Clutz, Ive since pulled the gauge out, link box and sensor unit out. Ive managed to track down a website that supplies the wiring harnesses and found a few sensor units to buy. Prices arent too bad, might look into that on pay day :lol: Cheers

vac source connected up to the FPR etc Had a real close look today and I think im up for a whole new wiring system. it all looks buggered. better to buy a new gauge and set up? or purchase the individual cables? if thats the better option, where to buy them from? :unsure: cheers

Havent checked the gaps, think the old boys got the spark plug gap measuring tool. Might check that out too. What's an ideal gap for the plugs?

Its not severe as such. Noticable yes but nothing crazy. The engine has iridium tipped after market sparkies also
