I would agree totally with ENGINR. Winton is safer than Sandown, and way more laps to be had up there. If you are prepared to take a day off work, it is a great day to be had.

The Formula 5000 was certainly an impressive display, and the noise at the start of there race was fantastic. The 60's Touring cars was also filled with good racing.

I want to run up at Winton again, but my car is still up on the jackstands. Very soon I'll be back out there.

I read somewhere about the Russian Topgear starting their broadcasts, so I had a look for it on Youtube. To be honest it looks to be an insanely entertaining series. Obviously they have more leeway to do dangerous stunts than here in oz. What do you guys make of it thus far...

I have an absolutely bent and broken needle roller bearing that is used for the handbrake actuator. I'm obviously needing to replace it, and as such need to remove it. In a failed attempt only the needles came out, leaving the outer bearing case behind inside. What is the best way to remove...

A lot of people run these on the track with no problems at all. They are a step off semi's but if you can't afford them these are great for both. I run these, and have done 5 odd trackdays and a years worth of driving and still haven't replaced yet.

How many high speed stacks at the track are pretty?

Yes they do have it, spoke to Jeff on Saturday. It was serviced or something there.

Been to Tech///Sport and they recommended a few places to take the car to, so I will be do that.
