What can be the issues involved in doing it?

Hello all, I have a question for y'all, would a EVO 6 cylinder head bolt up to a 4G63 engine block from a Mitsubishi Galant GSR? I am looking for a new head for my car and I am wondering how this would go? It's a non tubro'd engine so would that make any difference? Sorry for the dumb question...

Well I actually had a Sonata one but I accidentally snapped it haha to be honest I hated the Hyundai badge on it as well. And those after market ones I am not a big fan of, they don't look all that good imo... I'd prefer an Evo one or VR4 one, yes I am picky but I am the one that has to look at...

I have a Galant GSR that I want to get a new rocker cover and plug cover for, (It's got a Hyundai Rocker cover and plug cover on it that makes me cringe) could you PM me some pictures please? Defiantly interested

If I am to put this 4g63t engine in, how much power am I expecting to have? Is it 200hp roughly? More to the point, would it be a death trap or anything?

Hey guys, I got the 4g63t engine! $1800 local and it came with the ECU and the wiring loom, Pretty good deal I think ;)

My box is shagged, doesn't work properly crunches and grinds whenever you change gear.

Ok, now I do apologise for asking again but just to confirm, the VR-4 engine (1990) should bolt right in to my 1989 GSR galant? And as for Gearboxes a 1990 TP Magna gearbox should bolt up to it (as mentioned here) and fit as well? Thanks for all the help guys, I do really appricate this!

Yeah that's what I thought, the guy sent me the VIN from the car it's from if that may help anyone?

It came from a 1990 VR-4, is that what you wanted to know? Or somethinh else? :)
