Before moving to Mt. Nebo, did you do some research into the area? Traffic numbers, noise complaints etc? This is about as bad as the people who moved near Lakeside Raceway (Est 1961), then complained that the noise from the cars on the track was too loud. Lakeside Raceway now has noise limits...

Ok, I've replaced the head gasket on my 4G63 (RVR) , heads been crack tested and skimmed, all back together fine, but my timing doesn't want to be a team player. I line everything up to TDC, line the balance shaft up properly so the weight is at the bottom and the marks line up, line the cam...

Head is back from the engineers, been crack tested and is good, been machined, got a vrs kit, head is back on, all torqued up and just putting the manifolds back on and everything else this morning :)

It's a RVR 4g63 as far as I've been told, basically I just want to do this as cheap as possible until my moto and ex's engagement ring sells, then I'll be rebuilding the bottom end with forgies and tuning it. I just need this done so I can get to work without doing major damage...
