theres a black box next to the pump, inside that theres a relay as it gets old its not making contract properly, when it buzz again just give it a moderate tap. well thats what happened to mine and i replaced the relay with another and its all good now not 100% sure but you might have to same...

It has a gsr vin, but the officer who defected apparently owns 2 of these one is an import and the other one not. Anyways he reckons that someone must of taken all the evo vin off and got gsr to replace them. And he wants me to go see department of transports so they can check
