The ASA build date is YYYYMMW, where W is the week number of that month, so yours is the second week of January 1997.

My Nissan work van has this set up - the bolt is right next to the rear door so can only be accessed when unlocked, but without the need to remove anything from inside. As you undo it, the wheel tray drops down. Wheel can't be easily nicked.

About 18-20 inHg (around -0.6 to -0.7 bar). The turbo shouldn't make any difference, AFAIK.
