what needs to be fixed: Carrier bearing needs to be replaced Gearbox has typical VR4 syncro wear and slightly notchy Rear springs have been cut Belts need replacing Aircon disconnected, everythings there just never worried me Needs front pads replaced think maybe an engine mount was skeptic...

hey all, Does anybody know the code for the twin pot brake pads on the vr4. my fronts need changing so im looking to do it shortly, i know someone on here works for supercheap. thanks guys.

anybody? UPDATE: just got two new tyres fitted last week.

rocker cover gasket done, turbo oil return line was leaking and that has been fixed, oil bypass hose was craked and has been replaced, sump has been tightened, leaks are goneskies. Car is purring. COME AND GET IT!

car is booked in next week to get new rocker cover gasket and full engine wash done done, along with tighten and general cheking of everything.

ive had a few people emailing me and enquiring about the car, so far the most enthuisiastic was a guy from brissy looking to drive up and trailer it back. shouldnt be around for to much longer, ii just realised i may just have to go through with it this time. be sad to see it go.

ahah, i think i just replied to your email on ebay mate. i bought the car from adelaide, an it cost me 1200, but that was the only qoute i got, i kicked myself coz just after i paid to get it shipped i seen cheaper rates elsewhere, just shop around. id like to see this go to someone on here...

new alternator in, going great guns again. Some1 must want a one of a kind vr4..surely!

now $8k, needs new alternator and i need to get a ute, 8k is a steal!
