Yeah mate I saw that. I've just blown my motor so I'm working on buying another one... Mine is not in good shape and I'd rather a better example to put my time into mine... So basically if I can't find d one I. The next week or so I'll have to look into rebuilding mine:(

So the cost associated with the swap would most likely be be similar to getting the 7 bolt rebuilt anyway... The motor is $2500+ freight

So I found a 6 bolt engine, any ideas on how hard the swap is? Will it bolt up to the gearbox? I'll need another clutch kit... But what about the rest will all sensors and plugs bolt up?

Well I drained the oil to discover there was only 1.5l in the pan (I forgot to check the oil when I bought it...rookie mistake) and the oil smells of fuel. Pretty sure I saw glitter in the oil too. And there's a massive rattle from 2.5k

So further investigation has me believing that it's a rod bearing. Anyone know what the best coarse of action would be hence forth? Pricing? Anyone got an engine if the case is a rebuild?
